The decisions taken by TOSAN TECHNO’s senior executives in this regard are divided into five main sections. In each section, a set of actions for effective professional activity and at the same time maintaining the health of TOSAN TECHNO’s human capital has been foreseen and implemented.

Weekly disinfection of buildings, disinfection of factory services, disinfection of environments and areas regularly during the day, elimination of lunch and breakfast, provision of disinfectants and masks for people in the headquarters, provision of disinfectants, masks, and gloves for operations people in all provinces, Production Site, repair shops It has also been one of the actions taken for the health of individuals and the environment in this company.

 

Actions are taken to support infected people

Full payment of salaries and benefits, coverage of all medical expenses, assistance in providing the necessary family items, and providing accommodation for the family members during the quarantine period were also among the actions taken to support the affected people in this company.

 

Actions are taken to diagnose

Carrying out screening tests and identifying suspicious people in the headquarter, Building No II, and Production Site in the Caspian Industrial Town, as well as controlling the degree of fever at the time of entering the company and during working hours have been among the series of actions taken to identify potential patients. In addition, before the official start of the year 1399, the Health Information Questionnaire was provided to the company’s human resources, which, when completed, identified suspicious cases and took the necessary actions against them.
